The Fishing Man

Nigh and day he fishes, hours go by like minutes his passion is fishing

his patients hold no boundaries when fishing, Carp Bream Chub Tench, even and old tyre,

as long as something is pulling the line hook and rod, an extension of my husbands soul his every

being belongs to the fish a lake a stream a river anywhere there is a pond or water he will fish

nature is his best friend the trees the birds the stillness in the air his best days are overcast

his concentration extreme, dreams of catching the ultimate fish still he keeps on trying even when no fish

are biting striving I wish he could be like that with me.
