The "black coffee" at the end was rather unexpected. So was the "warm fuzzy feelinh" bit. I love the way you are making Tiger a much more complex charactor than he first seemed. It adds a lot of depth. Well done. Do write more soon.
Weird, yes, but very good. I really enjoyed this and I'm looking forward to reading on. Sorry it's taken me so long to get to this. I llove the way you keep dropping hints as to what is threatening. Putting this from the perspective of the sceptic is a good techneque. Keep it up.
Wow this is a seriously great piece of writing, your attention to detail made me picture the entire thing clearly, although I'm now terrified of that creature aha. Well done on a great story and I can't wait to find time to carry on reading :D
Thank you for your comments, they are truly encouraging. I am glad you enjoyed my writing and I didn't think the monster was terrible scary either. Maybe you will be able to find one you like in the up coming chapters. I do hope you will find the time to read more. Thanks again! ;D
Who stayed up all night reading this? I did! it was awesome
Epic!
It was another good chapter, this one. I particularly like the last line. I hope you don't mind that it is taking me so long to read. I keep myself busy. For instance I am planning two new contests. If you are interested I will let you know when they're up.?
This chapter raised a couple of different questions. It was short, but I did greatly enjoy it.
It may be taking time, but I am still reading and enjoying this.
This is very interesting and compelling. I think I will fill up the other two peices with two more chapers. And something tells me I will be reading more of this than just those three chapters.
Sorry for not reading this sooner, just wanted you to know I have started it and not ignored your request. It's great so far, extremely descriptive. The fighting scenes in the 2nd chapter were awesome! This one's good as it raises questions that I'm sure will become more prominent as the story progresses. Shadow seems like a pretty cool protagonist. Your writing is detailed and nice to read, great stuff!
Suspence! I like this twist. The potential for there being a change in Shaddow is very clever. Keep it up.
Much better. with your new description, the assassin actually feels dangerous--a real threat. well done.
Wow. I never knew I am THIS interested (I mean very crazy) I love the plot and this story flows very well. I better keep on reading
I did like this, but it's so short. Is that particular assassin so insignificant that he doesn't worrent a description? I feel as though i want one. a few typeoes in this chapter. Verry good. Update soon again.
I'd forgotten in the heat of the battle that her sword was poisoned. Very good. How is she going to get out of her bindings though? And Cole? Excellent chapter with beautifully described action.
Brilliant!!!!! I love the way you've put in all Shaddows disquiet and conflicting imotions. Cole seems so harsh from her point of view and yet at the same time it seems that even she feels that he is doing the right thing. I loved the way you started about a legend and then stopped. That really draws one in further. Well done. Sorry it took me so long to read this. My computer and then my internet have been causing me grief and still sometimes are.
Oh that is so sad! I love the way you show that before she drifts to memoriesof the past she is more aware of the dangers around than Cole and Shaddow. Very well done.
I'm so irritated that I didn't realise what you meant when you said chapter 37 was up. I've been waiting ages for this, and when it comes I took my time in looking at it! Well it was worth the wait. Fantastic chapter! I loved the way you changed cole's attack into him remembering being helpliss. Well done! Please update soon again!
Oh my gosh that was great, really I have never read such an amazing book
well ill be damned. Shadow's back in a fighting mood? I hope cole will be alright. Shadow needs to hurry up and get back on the horse. TIMES A WASTIN!
Ha, yeah! We shall see how Shadow copes with this 'murder' of a man, even if it was for a good thing... Or should she have left Cole to die and escaped with her friend?... Dun, dun, dun! Te he! You shall see in the next chapter! Thanks for reading!
