Status: Finished  |  Genre: Poetry  |  House: Booksie Classic

Completing the arc of "Burning Midnight Wanderings" and "Fool's Freedom." Not sure if I like the double-spaced formatting; let me know if you think this works.

Breathe.

I sit up

There is sleet

And stars,

Light

And dark,

Moon

And mist

And

Air.

Cool air.

I breathe.

I’m alive

Again??

The dead is

Gone.

???Vestiges of moss??

Still cling to my

??Nails

??And eyelids??

And lips

??And back??

And under my feet

And in through my hair??

And elsewhere on me??

BUT??

I am alive??

I am free??

As He said I would be

I am . . .

Breathe.

I like it. Flows lovely. Interesting and electrifying. Powerfully blunt. Do come check some of my stuff out too, if you like? I'm sure I'll have something you will like. MaybeThe View from up Here, for it is a similar format to this one, I suppose, lol. :)

What is this...mysteriousness!?

But in any case, the imagery is incredible. I'll have to go through and read the 'arc' again :P (You should consider posting them all together, to make more sense for future readers)

Lol yeah :P maybe I'll put them into a novel (like, the genre they have on Booksie) or something. What do you think of the spacey formatting? I'm not entirely sure I like it.
