Hand around my fingers,
Chin against my thumb,
Your eyelashes flutter like
Butterflies landing on

Oh he's getting there now ;D he's learning to recognize the shapes of letters and he has a thing for people's names. Mine especially ;P and he says it pretty good too
what an image!!!! you are a magician. lord, do i have to tell a story every time i comment? apparently i do. so, i'm driving along with my infant son in the his car seat right next to me (back 18 years ago, it was considered the safe place to put your infant). so i'm stopped at the light on the inside lane, and a police car pulls up and stops to my right. the officer looked bored and discouraged, like he was wiped out after another boring "drive my patrol car around" day. an impish thought jumps into my head, and i slyly sneak my my hand to the elbow of my son, just waiting for the cop to look our way. eventually, he does just that, and that's when i make my son wave a friendly "hello" to him. not at what he was expecting from a six month old! i don't think i've ever seen such a transformation in a face in such a short amount of time. he looked like a little kid, smiling ear to ear, waving back for all he was worth! i sure hope the feeling lasted a while.
Yes! Always tell stories, they're so much fun to read :D *reads* :o that's so awesome!! >^-^< I bet it made his day haha :) you're a nice guy (and I wasn't too sure about this poem, because it's so...short—and like abrupt kind of—so you just made *my* day with your awesome comment ^-^)
