My heart is splattered with blue
showing my sadness and wonder
at what's going on with you.
You've quit talking so clever,
it seems it's gone forever,
it's like you've severed in two
.

My heart is splattered with green
showing you that I have seen
what you have seen a while ago.
You didn't tell me, as if we don't talk.
You pass me by, as if I were a stranger on the sidewalk.
You walk away, around the bend,
never wanting to see me again.

My heart is splattered in red
showing my hatred that you have caused me to feel
toward you,
making me wish that some of my colorful words had gotten through to you,
and making me wish I'd never met you.

My heart is splattered in yellow,
making my hatred mellow,
for you aren't acting like the lovely fellow,
I once knew.

My heart is splattered in purple,
making my emotions swirl 'round in a whirlpool,
and confusing me deep inside,
making me wish you'd come back alive.

My heart is splattered in orange,
causing me to forage on for a solution to you,
and causing my once strong feelings of care,
to come back for you.
Causing me to feel blue.
I hope you know, my heart belongs to you.
