I tell myself
But to what
I reply
An empty room
An empty world
An empty life
Just awaken I say
But again I know
There is no reason
For me to go
To my empty school
To see my empty friends
And talk of empty converse
Against my empty demons defend
So instead I sleep
Or at least that’s what I tell myself
But I know I know im awake
Speaking with myself in silent debate
So I lie there conversing
To my demons within
To my eviler half
To my sinful kin
Arguing with myself
Of nonsensical things
And again it brings
To my thoughts these empty things
Empty people
Empty places
Empty hopes
Empty lies
Written on these empty pages
Full of empty thoughts
And empty dreams
Thwart with empty oaths
And empty fiends
All written on these empty pages
Passed through the ages
Each generation
Writing of there empty lives
And empty frustration
An empty book
Of empty temptation.
So I write down in blood
Not of this empty sh*t
But instead of love
An empty love
Told on empty pages.
