This is a poem I whiped up during 3rd period for the upcoming "Pi-day" writing thing. Every line has a number of words equal to the progression of the digits of pi; 3.141592652589793238462643383279... et cetera. I know it isnt my best work, but at the same time I am fairly proud of it, tell me what you think.

In all this
Lies,
The lost and the
Exiled,
The fallen and the forgotten,
The heterodoxic heretics of blasphemy and all sauntered pain
And again,
I must ask what we are
We pariahs of nature damned
Of lost hope
Of what is and was,
In all this lies what never has been
We rebels without an existence, a purpose, a goal
Save, of course, our own damned beliefs
But what can be believed when led to death?
Led to pain
To exile
But in this,
Lies the lost and forgotten, fallen and damned
What truth is there
In these unmitigated and corrupt fallacies?
Then what
Is the answer to these questions?
Unasked and unabridged, and
In it all
It’s the same,
No matter how we state it, how we
Try to understand,
To know
Why it is we seek this truth
Why it is we seek that which plagues us
Why do we do it…

We exiles
We who endure the pain of forgotten lust
We who endure the pain of lost beliefs
In all this lies,
Truth,
But what is truth to us heretics and blasphemes?
What can truth be to us fools,
Exiles,
For this is all we are,
We do not understand the divine presence of truth
We are fools,
We do not understand the divine presence of “right”
We cannot know the difference of what is right,
What is false,
We are ignorant, and we are blind
Such redundant thoughts as these
Why…

Such redundant thoughts as these
In all this lies, what never has been,
The truth...

Forwe heterodoxies, heresies, we blasphemies of sauntered belief
We cannot truly exist in this world
For we are truth,
The truth that decisions are our own to make
None can tell us
To believe, to feel,
And this is the truth
But you must believe this of your own accord
Or else…
Is it truth?
