An insouciance to the blood of war
All concern bequeath
All obsolescent worry forget
As you walk on blood soaked feet
Dead bodies littered across the land
Heavens pouring death
Of blaspheme there is no doubt
As lungs beget there breath
I ponder the perpetuation damned
As life laments itself
As avaricious as death is
All emotions are still felt
The reaper can still hear the cries
Though humans it seems cannot
His tormented soul can still sense pain
That humans it would seem forgot.
