Sleeping here
With the stars and moon
I’ll be leaving soon
Going home
And sleeping
With a silent metronome
Formulating poetry
In my head
‘Else I’d probably be dead
My philosophy conceived
Through the silence of slumber
A silent thunder
I recite my dreams
My memories and pains
I let my insanity drain
Flowing from my pain
Through my pen
And onto the paper
Written in blood
Forming a love
Between life and death
Like there’s a design
Being placed in my head
While I’m lying in bed
Like a philosophical prologue
To my abstractity
My poetry meaningless
Though I show you its meaning
Oh well
I guess
I’ll go back to sleep
And let my mind figure things out
Good night.
