I gaze at the sky
Watching the red clouds go by
Feeling the soft wind
Carrying black cherry blossoms
That come from within
I watch the white ravens
Devouring the earths decay
I see them perched on dead oak trees
Wasting the day away
I lay on this blood soaked hill
I feel the soft red rain
Fall across my face
Running down the river
Were dead bodies are lain
I stare at these red clouds
As they silently glide by
I watch the blackened earth
As it slowly begins to die
And wither away
I smell the scent of these rotting flowers
Growing from the barren ground
I glare at the empty moon
Waiting to be found
I hear the whisper of life
Like a blasphemous screech of banshees
I lay here
On this blood soaked hill
I feel the red rain
Fall across my face
Watching the blackened sky
I lie hear and listen
As my soul begins to crie
I gaze at the sky
As slowly
The earth begins to die.
