You dance
Against the soft moonlight
The flames of our fire
Lighting your face
Such joy I’ve not seen for long
You let it out
All your emotions
Of which you so often bottle up
You dance all your cares away
Your shadow flittering across the ground
A silent silver silhouette
Our companions applauding
You just smile nodding
Your eyes never leaving me
Nor mine you
You sit next to me
Practically gasping for breath
They shout complements your way
The camp aroused by your performance
But you do not reply
Words hold no meaning to us
We embrace
I let you know what I thought
Of course
They continue to  cheer
Thoroughly delighted
They yell
You look at me and I nod in approval
You take the stage again
One last dance
Not for them
But for me
You dance against the soft moonlight
The fire casting your shadow
So delicately across the ground
Your gaze never leaves me
As you dance for me again
My silent silver silhouette...
