You always seemed so cherry
So happy and giddy
So full of life
Not a speck of insanity
You joked around
And hung out at the mall
And you were an excellent kisser
You wrote like no other
And was always so caring
Never showing this abstractity
That lived beneath your skin
Or the pain you endured
I should have seen
Before it was too late,
You always seemed so calm and collected
And you were so passionate
But then
But then you were gone
Taken by the reaper of self sacrifice
Taken by suicide
He offered you a way out
And you accepted
And I only regret
Not getting to you first
But now you’ve gone away
To the reaper of self sacrifice,
I’m sorry.
