What can we say
When faced with truth
What can we do
When lies abused
When we’re defined
Not by truth
But how we speak
And spoke in youth
When we become
The lies we’ve said
Since before birth
‘Till after we’re dead
We are defined
By our lies
So I ask anew;
What can we say
When faced with truth?
