Christmas Day is celebrated in so many cultural and spiritual traditions; A day that is always remembered by many; A day many look forward to. Peace, Unity and Celebration have been part of our missions in life; However it has also been neglected and is the reason why we have conflicts and war.
This poem hopes for us all to pause and remember the message of Christmas Day for every other day.

It is that time of the year again.

The season of giving, receiving and dismay!

I wish i will get this....I wish i will get that.

Our pleasure for we wish to give it all back.

Old Christmas carols awake our childhood memories.

Far away in our tropical habitat thinking about Santa, sleighs, snows mistletoes and berries.

Old Christmas carols awake our Christmas feelings.

Far away in our tropical habitat we celebrate the Christmas baby with lots of singing.

'Silent Night' is heard and relaxed us as we wait....we wait to remember the birth of Christ.

Is everyone ready? is often heard before going to church afore midnight.

Hear ye....hear ye....Of course we heard it before; Christ is born again and in a stable.

A stable birth that is history; A stable birth that is legendary hailed.

One table....One meal....One feeling; We eat together....We drink together.

Same here, same there, unity is for the better.

Laughter, endearments and gossips are part and partial of Christmas too.

Christmas Day is certainly about unity, joy and food.

We see the face of humanity, beautiful and persistent.

What we have doesn't matter anymore; Who we are is core to our existent.

Open those doors again and celebrate Christ Day!

Cheers to all! May peace come to us again and again.
