---Ever Been There Baby---

Rumors and voids
All thru my head.
Can't seem to find,
The floor under my bed.

Sloaps and canes,
needed for the trip.
Always a venture,
Avoiding the rip.

Begging and wagers,
Watchers from behind.
Wouldn't it be nicer,
If they could all be kind.

Wishing and supper,
both of them dead.
Can't have it all,
But breakfast in bed.

Do's and sometime's,
Will's and can'ts.
Offer and denials,
Swim in my pants.

Levels and oftens
Boring holes in the sand.
Shouldn't take for granted,
What one doesn't understand.

Odds and canals,
Over bridges burned down.
Ever been there Baby?
The lights, colors, sound?

Coals and jars,
Clams in my dress.
It's all in my room,
Can't see them for the mess.

Fire and mud,
Seeps thru the door.
Can't seem to find,
The bed above my floor.
