Tonight I saw my boyfriend, and everything seemed fine, but his dad made him leave almost the moment I saw him. Something wasn't right about it, and now I'm feeling something bad...

Something seems wrong,
Somethings not quite right.
I saw you and you left,
There on concert night.

I sang and I sung
My heart out for you.
I smiled and I laughed
I even danced, too.

But when it came time
For that show to end,
You came down to me
Congrats to lend.

We walked up and out,
Into the evening,
Where your dad showed up;
You had to be leaving.

It left me with
An uneasy feeling,
And now I'm here,
Begging and kneeling.

Tell me what's wrong,
What's happened now.
I love you so much,
Can you understand how?
