Across the room you looked my way

We could not find the words to say

And though we could not even talk

We spoke our minds through a single shared thought

I know that there is something here

Pretending there's not seems silly, dear

And I know we'll never be..

But we know that's a lie, and to it we cling

Soft voices around us all seem to fade

With the blood in our ears from our little game

Like magnets we drift so softly together

Fighting the urge to get lost in each other
