Hush my baby

Please don't cry

All will ease with some time

Listen close to my good bye

This is my last lullaby

I could not fix my broken plight

Shrunk I like shadows into night

Crumpled roses on the ground

For one more voice that's ceased to sound

Hush now, hush now

Go to sleep

Forget promises I can't keep

No more tears now

I must go

Nevermore my face to show

I could not fix my broken plight

Shrunk I like shadows into night

Crumpled roses on the ground

For one more voice that's ceased to sound

I'm sorry for leaving you

Believe me, my love was true

But heartless souls can never mend

Forgive me for my heartless end

I could not fix my broken plight

Shrunk I like shadows into night

Crumpled roses on the ground

For one more voice that's ceased to sound
