it is about waking up from being used, it is from a personal experience so it does have a harshness to it i guess in a way.

Every time I hung onto you

clinging that we were friends

you proved me wrong over &

over again.

Your toxic lies & low voice

your blurred eyes & flaws

I fell into this toxic place; I

Fell for it all.

As soon as you broke me I

liked my wounds & stayed

Hoping, hoping, hoping

somewhere you were

my friend.

Classified as you may be

i breathed in to fumes to see

you killed me. I climbed out

of the desert & drank Athena's

water to stay in her shadow &

watch you walk away. I breathed

It seemed for the first time by

myself to know I was always

right. Now you come crying &

groaning my name in this desert as

if I would go back.

This toxic friendships over and I am

NEVER coming BACK.
