I get this feeling inside,
That you just don't want me anymore.
I feel like you're drifting away,
Like you've forgotten who I'm living for.

It could be a false emotion,
Maybe I'm still the owner of your heart.
I feel like I'm no longer your whole world,
But, rather, just a mere part.

So, like some addicts would do,
I'll start wearing a cleansing patch.
Wean myself away from your addicting love,
To walk away from our impossibly compatible match.

Now, maybe I've jumped a bit too far.
Maybe I've just lost my mind.
It's possible that I've deceived myself,
Perhaps you really are one of a kind.
