I came around to read your lines,

to see if I could share some of mine.

Roaming through the pages

I feel as all your emotion rages..

Listening to you describe a world brand new,

sometimes not enjoying the view,

I realize that though we're galaxies apart,

our worlds are neighbors on the star chart.

Similar, but different

not just in idea or sentiment...

Experince has made us brothers,

though we don't know each other.

And so I paste upon your pages,

presenting myself upon your stages..

An alien from distant places,

still frightened of judgemental faces..

My hopes, my fears, my dreams, my scars

I offer to you from across the stars,

Am I welcome or have I tried too hard?
