As she lays her head down upon that pillow.

She cries all alone tonight.

No one is there to hold her.

To comfort her through the pain.

As she drifts off to sleep,

Nothing peaceful in her dreams.

The nightmares begin again.

Her screams never penetrates the silence of

the night air.

For his blade has already pierced her heart.

Before she knew he was even near.

His shadow lurking in the dark.

He asks her to come and play one final game.

And he will never be found again.

For he's lurking in the darkness within her mind.

Every time the blade crossed her skin

He was there cheering her on.

And know they play one final game.

The blade goes straight through,

and the blood runs down the blade to rest on her hands.

The game is finally over and he has lost this time.
