Upon contemplation about existence and death, I realized if not for time we'd have neither.

Time and Existence 

 

Today I am without time

And time without me

Do we need each other? 

We both would agree

For time consists of numbers

That go on and on

And I am only human

Who one day will be gone

Short and to the point. I like how you didn't need to write out this lengthy poem that sometimes moves away from the theme of it, but just made it long enough that people understand what you're trying to convey, but also have some mystery in there. I like it a lot!
