Never Could Work That Out

Poem by: James Troxler

Summary

Probably never will finish this one. The emotion is gone from me. That muse bumped its head on the ceiling. Had I finished it, there would be a twist, leaving the speaker swinging from a noose. Anywho...

Ah, what kind of rope

Will hang a lycanthrope?

What tree will hold

Such a wicked load?

What will break the skin

Of a beast so covered in sin?

Beast! Monster fell!

Bastard of Heaven and of Hell!

How many will you devour

Before your belly goes sour?

When is your last feast?

When will the killing cease?
