I came up with this just as I was about to go to sleep when i was remembering the day i spent looking after my friends kids.

The patter of tiny feet burst in to the room,

The patter of tiny feet hit me in the head with a spoon.

The patter of tiny feet scampers up the stairs,

The patter of tiny feet likes to pull out their Grandfathers hair.

The patter of tiny feet screams into my face,

The patter of tiny feet loves the play with a shoe lace.

The patter of tiny feet runs everywhere,

The patter of tiny feet doesn't have a care.

The patter of tiny feet sleeps soundly in their beds,

The patter tiny of feet will be back which is more than i will dread.
