Happiness is defined as “the state of well-being characterized by emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.”. You see the word “intense”. This means extremely happy. You can’t be a little happy because that means you aren’t sure if you’re happy or to a complete happiness. If you have been feeling depressed or just dissatisfies and discouraged - here are five problems, solution, and factors in achieving happiness:
 
1. You can’t be happy with anyone or anything if you aren’t happy with yourself. If you have difficulties or self-esteem issues you should try to find and grasp on yourself , you might just be lost.
 
2. You might have problems or stressing out about something you don’t even know you’re stressing about. For instance, if you are having relationship problems or a recent lost one- you might try to convince yourself “Well, This isn’t a huge problem” when really, it is. Never Be In Denial !
 
3. You have to feel happy to be happy. If you are sad, just talk to a friend that might help you laugh and smile. This is a major stress relief strategy that can make you happy in no time !
 
4. Love yourself. You have to love yourself to be happy with yourself. When You are happy with yourself you are happy with everyone else !
 
5. Just wake up and say good morning to everyone you see. Being happy or showing you are happy will make other people happy. Just the vibe and aura will resort in you achieving happiness.
