A fish is swimming in a pond,Sees through the water beams of light,

Is this the end? Thinks the blue fish.

Is death really our final plight?

If all our daring escapades,

Are nothing, but a futile torture,

What will the hereafter hold,

For us, the fish, who lack in fortune?

Looks up at the pond’s bright surface,

Sees nothing but some distant rocks,

Ah it’s nothing! Thinks the fish,

And swims on, thinking fishy thoughts.
