Parents of Connecticut

Wanting to wake up from what is real

No reason to happen to me that is how I feel

My beautiful child which smiled every day

Has been taken away

My prayers to God to be strong

Then I realize I am wrong

God help the children not me

Keep her and keep him with you until I can see them again

The people around support us all

Through the terrible that has been done

The love brought to me from a sacrifice of a child

Comes from a nation who rarely supports anything

My child would be happy to see at least

People come together for peace

To the parents of the children in Connecticut you will not be forgotten
