One of my first poems, so it was likely written while I was in middle school, probably 6th or 7th grade).

I would actually classify this in a form of Trilogy, of poems. Three poems I wrote about three mythical creatures, each written in the same style. I was little when I wrote this, so don't expect too much from it.

This uses the old ideas of elves, short tinkerers, vs the modern tall and skinny elves.

This poem could have been better as a description of a Gnome or Dwarf.

I met a little man.

He said his name was Dan.

He had pointy ears,

And was holding a bunch of gears.

Strapped around his shoulders,

Was an arrow holder.

He also had a bow

That had a golden glow.

He wore brown and green

And didn’t look very mean.

He told me how he lived by himself

And how he was an elf.
