I still get butterflies,
I still get nervous
Each time I see her.
My heart races, my pulse quickens,
Anxiety and worry,
Will it last? Is it over?
Could it last forever?
I get chills with a tender caress.
A kiss lifts me above the world.
I know no boundaries,
No dream too far.
This love is true.
This love is real.
How can I be certain?
I still get nervous.
I still get butterflies.
