I spend the days longing for the 'morrow,
To find reprieve from from the pain and sorrow.
Love escapes me, staying just out of sight.
Love stays hidden in never-ending night.
Unfathomable blanket o'er my heart,
Suffocation slow, tearing me apart.
My heart weeps, O how it yearns to be free.
Love, appear before me, be mine to see.
End these games that burden and torture so.
Just blossom once, and pray, forever grow.
