This poem it is about a man who called 2600 to a telephony service , just to hear a human voice. He said to be so alone that it was his only way to talk with someone.
I don't think that he is right , but it sad to know that today there are much more people alone than in the past. So the world moved forward , but the human relations seem have been back.

Have you ever felt alone ?
Alone as if were invisible.
Have you everasked for help?
Have you ever fallen down?
I’mneither talking about love, nor about bad lovers.
I’m talking about solitude
Deep in your heart
Like a sword in the flesh
Like a sound in the space
You burn inside
You cry aloud
You do a Call
Two thousand, six hundred times
Just to hear someone to say
Hello!
