Once was a man that lived in a small town called Harland. He had a good job but he wanted to do something else that he could enjoy so one day he talked with a friend named Ed. Ed was a country boy
and he asked Toby, if he ever thought about becoming a fishermen. Toby said "I don't know anything about fishing." I could teach you everything you need to know. There is nothing to it, End said.
Toby said "I'll have to think about it." Ed said "OK just let me know." Toby said "OK I'll let you know what I decided Tomorrow." "OK sounds good," said Ed. So Toby went home and thought about it
long and hard and he could not decided so he prayed about it and asked for an answer. The next morning Toby went to work and the boss called him into the office and said "Toby you been with us for
15 years and your a hard worker but we have to let you go." Toby looked at him and said "I understand, I got something else lined up." He walked out with a smile and said "Thank you Lord." He went
to Ed's house and told him what what all had happened and Ed said "I'm glad you got your answer, now let's get you started on fishing." As Ed was teaching Toby how to fish Toby was having trouble
with everything. He looked at Ed and said, "I thought you said there was nothing to it." Ed said "if you would relax and stop fighting the pole everything would be a lot easier and better." So Toby
took a breath and relaxed and tried again and this time it worked. Toby said "OK, now what?" Ed said "Now you wait for a bite." A few minute goes by and Toby gets a bite and he hooked the fish and
started reeling the fish in, but the fish fought and fought Toby for 5 minutes. Toby finally got the fish out of the water and Toby was amazed how big the fish was. Ed looked at the fish and said
'I'll be a monkey's uncle, you caught old Betsy. People have been trying to catch her for years." Toby smiled and said "I'm the one who caught her." Ed said "yes, you are now what would like to do
with Betsy?" Toby said "what do you mean?" Ed said "we can call the news paper and say you caught old Betsy, or you can let her go." Toby asked "how long has Betsy been here?" Ed said "oh about 20
or so years." Toby said "I'll just let her go back into the water" and he did just that and he looked up and said "thank you for this great catch Lord." Ed said "Amen to that." That was the last
time old Betsy was ever seen again. The end 1/26/2017
