Fold your daydreams into words
And blend those words into song
Then close your eyes to the world
And with your GOD, sing along.
Do you hear those sweet, sweet, sounds
Rippling across the ages,
Those millions and millions of voices
Reaching harmonious stages?
I've heard them in the twilight
In the whippoorwill's tree
In the whispers of the winds
And the humming of the bee.
I joyfully join in,
With my heart's internal quire,
Singing Hallelujah, Hallelujah,
In that continuous melody hour.
