Little Girl Cry No More

By Jeff Shumate © 2009

Little girl crying, tears won’t stop,

Thirty years later, tears still drop.

Little girl crying hurts so deep,

Even today she still can’t sleep.

Heavenly Father is not that man,

An abused little girl was never God’s plan.

Little girl crying, tears won’t stop.

Thirty years later, tears still drop.

Satan brutalized a little girl one day,

Using years of tears to wash her heart away.

Oh dear God, will you fight for her?

Jesus will fight to the end for sure.

Leaving eternal riches to become a man,

Christ came to die, by His creations hand.

Brutalized by His earthly family,

Jesus’ final cry was heard eternally.

By now she’s heard of God before,

But all that hurt, lets her trust no more.

There is a love she can trust for sure,

Jesus Christ, He loves her to the core.

He’s the only one, who knows her pain,

God fights right now, for her soul’s name.

Violence and brutality, a reality,

In this world you see…

Fallen into the hands of Satan,

God’s creation was not left forsaken.

A warrior named Christ took a stand,

Against Satan, this world, or any damned man!

Trust little girl in Jesus today,

Christ will mend your heart one day.

….

Trust little girl in Jesus today,

He fights with His blood, to take your tears away…
