I had no mother, alone in my life,

I wished for a mother to have as my wife,

Day after day I prayed as I do,

Then one day I ran into you.

You were the mother I waited to see.

You were sweet and real smart and sexy to me.

I needed you not just for me,

But also what God gave us, the family you see.

You’re the best mother; I could have as my wife.

You’re the only mother I want in my life.

We are not like the Cleavers as seen on TV,

We’re just a real life family.

All in all it’s about like I dreamed,

A wife and five kids,

20 Gerbils, a dog,

Three cats to be weaned,

Very little money,

A house to be cleaned,

Kids always fighting,

We’re the neighbors who screamed!

Not quite like I dreamed…

We have our own problems; they haven’t scared me away,

Ill always love you day after day,

And you’re the only mother that I want to lay!

With all the turmoil, that has headed our way,

I always thank God for you,

At the end of each day!

If I could trade you for a big pot of gold,

I would rather live poor,

Seeing the mother of my kids growing old.

I love you, you MOTHER!
