The feeling of the drum beats pound in my blood.

My feet tap to the rhythm of the music.

My body dances to the jazzy tune.

I listen to the instruments play.

I play along and follow the notes.

The conductor's arm counts the beats.

And outside the pit, the audience is smiling

Watching the actors perform on stage above us

Who are dancing merrily along with the song.

After the show, we congratulate ourselves on a job well don.

And tell ourselves, "Until next year"
