A little daydream of mine

I walked beneath the stars to the beach.

The waves flowed onto the sand.

My feet sank into the wetness as I got closer to the ocean.

The full moon was out, shining brightly in the night.

There was a small breeze wafting through the air.

I pulled my sweater close and hugged myself.

Stopping at a smooth stone, I picked it up and threw it really hard.

I just stood there staring into the distance.

After a prolonged period of time, I sensed rather than felt a movement behind me.

I gave myself a private smile, and felt hands encircling my waist.

Suddenly, I had a source of heat, invading my whole being.

"Bonjour, ma petite amie", his breath tickles my ear.

I glanced up and turned slightly, putting one arm around his torso.

My other hand reached up to caress his cheek,

Then came down to his chest and curled.

And I replied, "Salut, mon amour"
