Man, I hate this feeling.

This feeling of dread and sadness

It hangs around my head

Like a storm about to break.

I can't shake this off

And no matter how I try,

Happiness eludes me.

Even if I touch it briefly

It dances far away

From my fingertips.

I'm so lost, stumbling in the dark

As if there's a fog

Blocking my sight.

I'm trying to get out

And I can see a beam of light.

This should be my salvation.

I'm not sure exactly what it is.

I hope it finds me soon.

Because I can't take this anymore.
