Man over board

Danger.

Water’s in the dark soul.

Alert flood control.

It’s blocking all the air holes.

We Must

Imprison the felons

Whilst Paris weds Helen

Hallelujah Medusa!

A new dawn fades

But the parade’s a masquerade

Help.

It’s spilling out her eyes.

The boat’s about to capsize.

We’re piecing skin and bone.

We’re meandering into the unknown.

Her

Heart has a wide moat

That’s just a dim end-note

All we have is Dark ink

To keep our penned Hearts a’link

Now our ship’s steadied

touch-wood we can’t sink

lost love long forgotten

Awesome poem I can see a story when I read the words. This poem really flows together well.

Great poem! I love your style... very unique, and classical indeed! Wonderful use of imagery, and definitely dark. A like from me!
