Poem inspired loosely by the story of little Red Riding Hood

Run little girl, run

The wolf is on the hunt

He'll nip and bite

And eat you all up


Run little girl run

Or lunch you will become

Through the woods and towards the village

Look for help its your last hope


Run , run as fast as you can

So close, keep running

See the sun and the edge of the woods

Just a little more


Hes close

Hear his breath

Too late

hes got you


No more running

The wolf has won

A snack

You have become

No more running, oh poor girl,
The wolf has gone;
it is chasing the rabbit;
you are back home. Thank god.
