I know not the words to say

Or the way to physically express

The sincerity or thanks I give to you

When all seems lost

And I’m fumbling down

A swept away path

And no treasure cat

To confuse my way

I’m gracious for you

No Madhatter tea parties

Or time stricken rabbits to chase

Locked doors or state of dreaming

I need not wonder off

 No fantsy worlds

For those of friends

I hold so ever dear

Are never as far as thought.
