Tender hands caressing and embracing.
My newborn child...
Son to Mother.
The process of nature.
From child to adult.
Too big for a kiss.
Seeks the tender shelter of his mothers love.
Shared in Loving Exchange.
He has grown, but Love Remains.
To soontheawkward years of Junior High.
The first dance, the first date and the changes as he grows.
Then the complicated years of High school.
The independent nature—of Rebellion.
Necessary elements ofthe journey to adulthood.
To find his way upon the sea of life.
The Captain of his own ship!
Says his mother.
Tears and Pain, Ripping and Tearing, Hopelessness...
And still Hope....
For that day when a sons love comes back.
With—Love, Understanding, and Honor.
To finally see that the blood, sweat, and tears. were not in vain.
The day a Good Upright Man stands before me...
And I know it was all worth it!
As I Pass that tender hand that has shared so much love with me…
To the one—He, my son, has chosen togive his tender hand to;
For his hand is in hers now.
And her hand will be the mothers hand to my grandchild—Someday.
And then I know—My Spirit lives on.
