The Underworld Voyage

I had just supposedly got hit by car and died while running in the street. I did it on purpose so that I could save my girlfriend Sarah from the underworld, but how I get there was beyond me. A day ago I was with Sarah at a diner eating breakfast and then something began to change. “Are you going to finish that?” I asked. “No you can have it,” she offered. “Thanks,” I said taking her pancake. I then turned my head toward the window and saw a demon or creature starring at Sarah. “Sarah you see that?” I asked pointing at the window. “It’s just a creep starring at me, maybe because I’m to beautiful.” I knew it had to be human, I was imagining seeing these demons occur each day for the past month. I didn’t know what was going on but something was troubling me. “Let’s go,” I ordered after I had paid the bill. “What’s the rush?” she asked. “I think somebody is stalking us,” I said as we left the diner. The person then sprinted toward us and we started to run away from him. Then two more people showed up. “What’s going on why are these people chasing us?” Sarah asked. “I have no clue, oh my God, the demons!” I shouted as I tripped. “Sarah go, keep going and don’t stop,” I ordered. The demons then sprinted pass me and managed to catch Sarah as I got up. “No, what do want from me?” she asked them. “Your life,” one of them said as he teleported with her to the underworld. “Sarah!!!!!!!!” I yelled. “Join us in the underworld Spirit Reaper if you wish to save her.” the other demon said. “Underworld, Sprit Reaper, what the hell blazes are you saying?” I asked confused. “Your death will be your answer and key to everything until then you have 1 day to kill yourself or else the girl will stay in the underworld for eternity,” the demon stated. “I almost forgot you must deliver the key of souls to Hades in exchange for the girl.” “What are you talking about, why didn’t you just kill me instead,” I insisted. “Because Zeus loves you to much, that’s how you got this strong spirit and that’s why I couldn’t take you.” “How do I know your telling the truth?” I asked. “Trust in your own fate it will get you places,” he said as he teleported along with the other demon. “This is insane; Sarah where are you!” I shouted. And there I was a day later, getting hit by a car and my soul leaving my body. I could still see my dead body rotting as my spiritual body remaining to be unseen by living. Cupid then came down from the sky with a message. He told me if I were to get the key of souls must consult with Zeus first. He then gave me the gift of knowledge so I could know everything about the afterlife.  Soon after he took me to Olympus to see Zeus. “Why did you curse me with your grace?” I asked. “You are my great-grandson, you had this power since the moment you were born, and you just didn’t realize it.” “So that why was seeing and hearing things?” I questioned. “You shouldn’t have come, it wasn’t your time yet,” said Poseidon. “I don’t care I’m going to the underworld if it’s the last thing I do and none of you going to stop me,” I said. “I don’t know if you’re capable of handling the underworld, it’s a dark scary place and many creatures await your path,” Zeus said. “I don’t care if I lose my arms or legs or they tear me in shreds, Sarah is the only one my life has meaning to without here I’m nothing but dust,” I said. “This kid is a desperate fool my brother,” said Poseidon. “If you have deep feelings for your loved ones, you should cherish and love them in every moment regardless what happens,” Apollo explained. “Your right Apollo, but I don’t know if I should trust Hades with the key of souls, he might turn against me,” Zeus wondered. “You could make a decoy, something that looks exactly like the key of souls but it’s fake,” I said. “You’re wise and a clever one; fine I shall create this decoy,” Zeus said. In an instant he created a fake replica of the key. He then gave it to me and I asked “That’s great and all but how do I get to the underworld?” I asked. “Not a problem, Poseidon!!!” he shouted. “Yeah, yeah,” Poseidon said about to create a portal to the underworld. “Alright, your going to jump of the cliff and fall and that’s when Poseidon’s going to open the portal. “Thanks Zeus for everything,” I said. “You are a demi-god after all,” he said. “What?” I asked as I reached the cliff. “Once your there there’s know turning back,” Poseidon said. “Wait, I almost forgot, here,” Zeus said throwing a spiritual ball to me. “This is a spritporter, it opens a portal for 10 seconds once you throw it; don’t waste it because it’s the only one you get,” Zeus said. “Thanks, I’ll be careful with that,” I said about to jump. “One more thing, don’t die,” Zeus last words said to me. “It’s a long way down, is there another way to do this?” I asked Poseidon. “No, just bare with it, he replied as Cupid pushed me down the cliff.  “This is a bad idea,” Poseidon said. “Let’s just see what happens, till then we wait,” Zeus replied.  I yelled and yelled sacredly as I was falling from the sky. Once I spotted the ocean a big black hole was forming. I then fell through the hole and kept falling until I reached the pits of the underworld. It was dark, creepy and the terrain was dead, everything was dead in that place. The darkness didn’t cover my eyesight as much I thought it did. I could still see 40 percent. Without hesitation I ran which ever way I can to find her but something lurked my way as I went toward the gate to Hades palace.  The Gods called it a Minotaur, which is a species of anthropomorphic bulls. It walks on there hind legs and carries a massive war axe. I called it an ugly deformed bull. There was no way I could have defeat him, even though I max out on my rage. I had no previous fighting experience with big guys and had no idea how to beat this disgusting creature unless I believe there’s a way. He walked toward me step by step as I was thinking how to handle him. Once he was two feet from me my body stopped reacting and the creature was about to swing his axe. As he swung his axe, my spirit took over and formed a sword. My sword blocked his attack flawlessly and then I managed to move away from it. It felt like I knew how to fight already so I slashed him four times on his body but it wasn’t very effective. “How the hell do I kill this thing,” I said to myself. I then thought about his possible weak point, so thrust my sword into its mouth and out the back of it’s head. It fell on the floor and died moments later. The gate then opened as he died and I ran until I saw Hades place. “Hold on Sarah I’m coming for you,” I said to myself. I ran inside the palace and was running but it felt like a maze. The palace was bright and showed pictures of titans and Gods. I kept running until the floor collapsed and I fell into a room which a door imprinted with the name Tartarus.  “Dang another beast,” I said to myself as I saw an undead Minotaur guarding the doorway to Hades layer in Tartarus where he and Sarah were located. It was different then the other Minotaur I encountered. This one had heaver armor, huge gauntlets and extraordinary strength but I didn’t care. “Only the ones who are worthy shall pass this door,” it said. “Well I won’t disappoint you,” I said approaching it with my Spirit Sword. I quickly sliced it six times and stabbed him four times before it got a chance to hit me. My moves had no effect on it what so ever. “What the heck are you?” I asked. It swiped me with its huge gauntlets and smashed me onto a wall. My body was badly damage and I couldn’t move. “Ha, ha, man gets smashed,” it laughed. “Dang, my body hurts so much, I don’t know if I can win,” I said to myself. Am I going to die here like this? “No I can’t Sarah’s waiting for me and I won’t let her down!” I shouted restoring my injures and charging my power as I got of the wall. “What’s going on, what is this strange energy I’m feeling,” the undead Minotaur said.  “I know your type, you think you can just walk around here and laugh on the weak but the weak will always get a chance for revenge,” I said powering up. My Spirit Sword then transformed to a Spirit Gun which could penetrate any object that has an effect on spirit based attacks. As I fired it, a giant beam came out and was as big as the Undead Minotaur. After chipping away its torso armor and helmet, I killed it by impaling it to the wall. I then proceeded through as I opened the door. Once I reached Tartarus I found Hades layer and went inside. I thought to myself I finally did it, nobody could stand in my way not even Hades. Once I was in Hades layer I saw Sarah sitting next him in despair. “Good you finally made it,” Hades greeted. “Jordan!” Sarah shouted. “Sarah,” I replied. “I have what you want, but would you promise to let us go without any roadblocks,” I said taking out the Key of Souls. “It depends, is it in good condition?” he asked. “Yeah, it’s the hardest metal ever made,” I replied. “Good, I agree to your terms but if you deceive me you will suffer the ultimate consequence.” “Yeah human don’t be stupid,” said the demon. He let Sarah go to me as I tossed him the key. “Yes your finally mine, all these years I been waiting to reap all negative living souls,” Hades said to himself. “Sarah, are you okay, did he hurt you?” I asked. “Can we just go home,” she insisted. “Okay,” I said about to leave with her. “Your serious letting them go?” The demon asked. “Yes, I never felt happy in my life until this day; let us go to the Gate Of Souls,” Hades said and then they teleported. We ran and kept running until we left Hades palace. I took the Spiritporter out of my pocket and threw it 3 feet in front of me. The portal opened and we proceeded through it. We then came back to Earth and I started hugging and kissing her. The Gods were cheering in Olympus. “Yes I knew he could do it,” Zeus said in joy.  The sky turned black and I suddenly woke up in a hospital. “Is this a dream?” “Sarah!!!!”
