This piece was written whilst I was carrying my third child. He's now four and I'm still the happy mother that I was then.

I feel your movements

All through the day

A big smile on my face

As you wriggle and play

You're inside my body

Keepin safe and warm

And when you appear

you'll be safe from harm

My precious little baby

My bundle of joy

I'll love you forever

Whether girl or boy

I'll bring you up well

with respect for all

And as you get older

Your mistakes, your call

But just for the moment

You stay there and grow

And when you're ready to meet us

You'll let me know
