A bitter, sweet romantic poem

When she left on that fateful day how could she have known what she would take away. A dark cloud seemed to blot out the sun nothing was as fun. Her smile would bring light to the dark, I will never forget her, she has left her mark When I saw her eyes as blue as the sea it just felt like it was meant to be She always looked so beautiful with her blond hair when the sun caught it, a golden fire seemed to burn Her teeth were the purist white the even seemed to shine in the night Always smiling and always kind, my heart eventually took over my mind. Around her my tongue becomes tied and when that happens I just want to hide To talk to her used to require great dare, I would always have to say a silent prayer When we talked the hours seem to fly past even more sand in the hour glass While others end up leaving me alone, there is still good in the world, this she has shown. Whenever I saw her I always felt glad when I saw her smile it was impossible to feel sad. Whenever I was with her I felt like I was In a daze, when she was nearby life was a haze. To tell her how I feel was a near impossible feat, my courage failed me, it is far to fleet When I approached her my heart was beating fast, when she smiled the fear passed I wish I could follow you through heavens door, I will love you forever more
