My Friend.

Everybody should have a friend.

Somebody who will stick to the end.

When we are downcast and low.

All our troubles seem to grow.

When you are sure what you relate.

Wont come back to bite you at a later date.

To unburden oneself of all your troubles.

That someone can help to burst the bubbles.

A friend will help you in time of stress.

Find a way through all the mess.

They will give you a helping hand.

Give you strength to make a stand.

Then it’s time to find a friend in you.

For sometimes friends need a hand too.

Let them cry on your shoulder as well.

It’s the support, but they wont tell.

If everybody had a friend they could confide.

Then nobody would have anything to hide.

So don’t throw away a chance to mend.

Lets all help by being a friend.
