All that I ever wanted to do Was to fall in love with you You captured my heart with my very first glance at you So I decided I had to try and see this through

I slowly got up the nerve To introduce myself to you Our college classes gave us much time together And we learned each other through and though

As time went on we drifted apart It was as if someone higher were directing our paths We have stayed friends and now both of us serve our Lord Jesus Me in a monastery and she as a pastor's wife.
