Do you still remember,

The night I walked your home in that december. 
 
So nostalgic that I wanted to hold back,
 
The recollection of that memorable time. 
 
Till you stopped me with a smile,
 
Promising that the friendship wouldn't go stale.
 
Then you took off for America,
 
And never came back.
