You approached me,

With your aroma of an angel.

 I slipped away,

Like a child in a cradle.

In the eternal void,

The sound emerged,

Like a lighthouse on the sea,

Reminiscing what was gone.

The voice echoed,

Dancing in the wind,

Bringing thousands of scattered memories back,

To assemble the image of you.

The shaking voice whispered,

Revealing what was hidden.

My body wasn't my own,

My hand couldn't reach out for you.

I screamed in silence,

Limbs flailing wildly.

There you stood still,

Turning slowly into Ash.

The voice remained clear.

As above, so below.
